A marinade of olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and tarragon adds a delicious flavour to these petite birds. Best Grilled over a HOT BBQ. 

Cooking Instructions.

PAN: - Heat your preferred choice of cooking oil in a large skillet/ pan over medium-high heat. Once the Skillet/Pan is hot carefully add the Quails one by one. Flip after a minute or two. Turn the heat down to medium. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the Quail is cooked upto 80%. Cover the Lid of the pan switch off the heat and let it rest for 4-5 Minutes.

OVEN/OTG: - Bake a 150 Gms. Quail at 350°F for 10-12 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature is 165˚F.

BBQ/GRILL: - Grill for about 9-10 minutes. Flip the Quail at the halfway point. Grill the meat for about 10 minutes, flipping them at the halfway point in order to have beautiful golden brown colour on each side of the chicken. Rest with Heat off for 5-7 minutes with Lid On.
