How do I place my order?

You can place an order from our Website, Mobile Website or on our hmanbbq.in Help Line Number 011-43048282.

Do I need to register or create an account before making a purchase online?

No, it’s not mandatory. You can order as a guest also. 

Do you deliver everywhere in India?

We currently deliver Fresh Meats in New Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida. You can add your address on the location finder in these cities to check whether your area is serviceable or not. we DO NOT DELIVER in Faridabad, Gaziabad & Greater Noida. 

Can I order for a delivery to a different address?

Yes, you can add a new address in your Account panel. You can add and save as many addresses as you want to.

I would like to see my previous orders.

You can find your previous order information by logging into to hmanbbq.in. The 'Order History' tab will provide a complete list of all successful orders (past & present) placed under your account. ABOUT THE MEATS 

What makes hmanbbqonline different?

Our freshly procured meats and other items are prepared fresh in hygienic environment taking utmost care of quality. Everything you order is always prepared fresh. The cuts that we offer are to the point precise and also quite a lot of our products are exclusively produced by us and can be found no where else in the market.  

What is the shelf life of the meats?

All products will have a best before tag which would mention the date before which the product should be consumed.

Where can I find cooking instructions of your products?

Please click our cooking instructions link below on the page to check out different methods of cooking our various styles of meats and cuts.

 Can I get custom cuts?

Yes. You can get custom cuts & marinations if you are not finding something you need on the site.  Get in touch with us on 011-43048282 to help us get you the desired product.

How do I cook the marinades?

All our meats can be cooked in the oven, on a BBQ grill, or pan seared. For a detailed instruction sheet please check our cooking instructions page for the same.

Where and how long can I store the meat?

Refer to the expiry date sticker on the box for the same.

ORDERING & DELIVERY

How long does it take to deliver my order?

As we prepare our meats ON ORDER to maintain freshness of the product. We deliver the meats within 48 hours of us receiving the order.

I have not yet received my refund for online payment.

Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be returned to your bank account within 7 business days. If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days, please reach out to us at 011-43048282.

I have not received my order/ received wrong order. Who do I contact?

If you have not received your order or got a wrong order due to unforeseen reasons please feel free to contact us on 011-43048282 between 1 PM to 7PM Mon-Sun

I received an incomplete order.

If you have received a wrong order please feel free to contact us on 011-43048282 Between 1 PM to 7PM Mon-Sun. We will make sure we send you the correct delivery order ASAP.

I want to place a bulk order.

Yes, we do take bulk orders. Send us a mail to hmanbbqonline@gmail.com and please specify the product or Products, quantity, date and time that you require the order.

 Can I edit my order once it is placed? Can I even cancel it?

Please review your order carefully before submission. In case you would like to rethink your purchase, please do so within the first 10 minutes of placing the order (by sending us an email or calling us). Please note that orders once packed cannot be cancelled or refunded irrespective of the mode of payment.

How can I track my order?

This convenience will be added to our service offerings soon. You can always call us on 011-43048484, write to us on hmanbbqonline@gmail.com for the same.

Do you charge for the delivery?

A flat delivery charge of Rs.75 (including GST) is applicable on all deliveries below Rs 400. We have free delivery on all orders above Rs 500.

My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?

Meat products can only be returned if:

  1. It’s delivered after the expiry date.
  2. The package has been altered or damaged during transit.
  3. The item delivered is not what you had placed an order for.

If you are unhappy with your order, please raise your concern by reaching out to us at the time of delivery on 011-43048282. The order will only be accepted back if it is UNUSED & IN THE SAME PACKAGING. 

Can I pick up my order from your nearest outlet?

Yes, we do have outlets as we are not exclusively an online store. You can use our website or mobile app to place your order, Alternatively you can get your order picked up form our Outlet. Please call on 011-43048282 for a Pick up order 24 hrs before.

What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept online payments through all major credit & debit cards, wallets

What happens in case of a payment failure?

In case of any payment failures and charges incurred, refund will be automatically routed through the payment gateway back to your account.
