Crusted Tenderloin Roll 500 Gms (1 Pcs)

Our In house made Spice rub of Paprika, Coriander seeds, Salt, Crushed black pepper and a few more secret ingredients liberally sprinkled over the Centre cut of the Tenderloin for an extra Kick.

Cooking Instructions

Oven/OTG:- Preheat oven to 450ºF. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and fit a wire rack inside and place on rack. Roast until cooked to your liking, about 20 minutes for RARE. About 25-30 minutes for MEDIUM. 30-35 minutes for MEDIUM WELL. 35-40 minutes for WELL DONE. Let it rest for 8 to 10 minutes before slicing.
